As the cornerstone of operation listed companies, enterprise strategy has attracted more and attention. Diversification is a company level that many companies choose to adopt. However, diversification advantages disadvantages. How prevent risks from worthy our study. Therefore, this paper selects Yunnan Baiyao as case company, specifically discusses its strategy, puts forward adjustment suggestions for so provide direction strategic formulation timely relevant enterprises industries.
